About Midnight Screaming

Midnight Screaming was just a twinkle in its editor's eye in late 2008. Frustrated by the difficulty of getting published, she was nearly ready to throw in the towel, but ultimately decided she might need it for Towel Day.

There are a great many people in the world who write well, and unfortunately just as many who don't. Frequently, good works get lost among the masses of submissions. Or get rejected, not because they're bad, but because an issue is full, or it is not the right genre, or it doesn't fit an issue's theme.

We at Midnight Screaming love literature of all kinds! In fact, we envision a world where all genres live together in peace and harmony; where they hold hands and sing happy songs. We understand that writers spend a lot of unappreciated time on their writing. And we know that bringing a work to its final draft is much like giving birth; we want to give your child a home!
